Crisis Response Technology

HarrisLOGIC provides technologies for crisis call centers and mobile crisis response teams. We have analyzed from the ground up the process of answering crisis calls and understand the information that would be valuable to mobile crisis response teams in emergency situations. As a result, we design crisis response technology to support workflows and clinical care guidelines, and include a multitude of system flexibilities, efficiencies and failover protections. With the right tools in place, our systems deliver the right information to the right people at the right time.

Technologies used in designing crisis call centers include:

  • VoIP phone system.
  • Web-based EHR.
  • Bot technology for internal and interagency tracking and reminders.
  • Dispatch to smartphones via e-mail or messenger functions.
  • GPS tracking in vehicles to support decision-making regarding the dispatch of mobile crisis teams.

HarrisLOGIC is flexible in working with crisis call centers that may or may not be fully integrated with mobile crisis response teams. The work of mobile crisis response teams is fully integrated with the crisis call center and the EHR. Mobile crisis response teams use the same technology as the crisis call center (web-based EHR, smartphones for communication and receipt of dispatches, GPS tracking and bot reminder system).
