HarrisLOGIC's datacenter is configured and managed with enterprise class technologies and equipment. Co-located in an enterprise datacenter, HarrisLOGIC has a reliable and secure environment for its systems. Redundant power and advanced cooling systems provide consistent environmental conditions.

The datacenter meets the physical and technical safeguards required by HIPAA security standards. Physical security is provided by multiple entry checkpoints and biometric access controls. At the perimeter, HarrisLOGIC's network is secured by firewalls with intrusion detection systems.

HarrisLOGIC builds information technology systems to meet needs for secure access, reliability, high performance, and scalability. Internet connectivity is provided by high capacity fiber pipes from multiple carriers. Redundant enterprise class switches connect the internal network. Servers are made up of enterprise class equipment configured in traditional or virtual models.

Databases and applications are delivered to users through a Citrix Delivery Center. Users remotely connect to Citrix Access Gateways over secured 128-bit connections where they are authenticated to the network.

HarrisLOGIC provides Voice over IP (VoIP) telephone systems to meet company needs for reliability, scalability and flexibility. This VoIP system uses redundant software PBX systems located in two different cities --- St. Louis, MO and Dallas, TX. Each server is capable of independently supporting all phone systems.

HarrisLOGIC uses an enterprise class monitoring systems to monitor the infrastructure in real-time and report server and network conditions that vary from established thresholds. Alerts are sent to smartphones of HarrisLOGIC staff.

HarrisLOGIC employs a multi-layered approach to backing up data and uses enterprise class backup and storage systems for disaster recovery.
